Customer service has built Precision Products of Asheville. We've made service our first priority and we've seen significant growth over the years as a result. Our goal is to always be aware of the individual needs of our customers and do whatever it takes to fulfill those needs. Our desire to provide a professional touch means that we are continually improving our operations in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

Our office hours are 7 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday. We know that emergencies don't follow a schedule, so we're ready to fulfill your requirements around the clock. If there is a job to be done, your satisfaction is our top priority.

Precision Products offers a wide variety of machine shop services. We have conventional mills, conventional lathes, and tool grinders that give us the capability to provide prototype piece work and replacement parts. We also have welders and fabricators in house, allowing us to build machine bases, custom frames, and other structural weldments. We also have the capability to precision machine many of the surfaces on weldments of this nature.

Precision Products also provides high-quality production machining services. Whether short-run or long-run production is required, our CNC mills, lathes, and screw machines stand ready to meet your needs. We regularly process parts from steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, stainless steel, Inconel, Delrin, Nylon, UHMW, and several exotic materials as well.

We also have assembly technicians who specialize in build-to-print special machines. Our customers find this to be a tremendous asset, and these technicians continue to impress by meeting difficult delivery schedules.
